Installation Guide of Excavator Hydraulic Concrete Shear :
1. Position the excavator arm against YTCT dual-cylinder shear's mounting base, insert the upper and lower pins.
2. YTCT replace teeth crusher with total of 5 hydraulic hoses are required for installation (2 for cylinder, 2 for rotation, and 1 for drain).
3. Connect the hoses to the corresponding excavator circuits, correctly distinguishing the pressure line, return line, and the rotation motor's supply and return ports. Route the drain line back to the excavator's hydraulic oil tank and tighten all connections to avoid leakage.
4. Fill all grease nipples with lubricant.
5. Start the excavator and adjust the hydraulic pressure and flow to regulate the opening/closing speed and rotational speed.
6. Once the trial run confirms no leakage and no loosening of the pins, YTCT concrete crusher is ready for operation.
