IHB Series Hydraulic Breaker

Product Introduction
YTCT IHB Series excavator rock hammers are well-established range of hydraulic breakers (also known as hydraulic breakers). We designed various range of brakcet type, box type (silent type), top type, side type for excavators from mini duty to heavy duty. Breakers are primarily used in construction, demolition, and mining for breaking rock, concrete, and other hard materials.

Common Features
The IHB series is engineered to balance impact power and durability. We highlight several common features across the range:

Efficient Percussion System

Combination of gas and oil pressure increases breaker hitting power while reducing demand on the carrier's hydraulic system.

Durability

Breakers core parts (cylinder, front head, back head ) are built with high qaulity low-carbon alloy steel and profession heat-treatment process to prevent sudden fractures and ensure a long-life service time.

Low Maintenance Cost

Designed with only internal control valve and less spare parts. To decrease maintenance costs by minimal components of breaker.

Product Uses
YTCT IHB series rock breakers have wide range of model. 22 different models are designed to fit specific excavator weight class and various job site requirements:
  • Light-duty Class Breakers: Fit on compact or mini excavators and skid steer loaders to work in compact worksite and handle lightweight jobs. Ideal for urban demolition, indoor work, and landscaping where space is limited.

  • Middle-duty Class Breakers: A versatile, popular choice for general construction and medium-scale quarrying, balancing power and efficiency.

  • Heavy-duty Class Breakers: For major mining operations, large-scale demolition, and heavy civil engineering projects.
Operation Guide for YTCT IHB Series Excavator Hydraulic Hammers
1. Use the YTCT excavator's quick coupler directly attach breakers by hooking the pins assy on the breakers; or mounting pins to attach the breaker on excavator stick.
2. Before connection hydraulic pipes lines, clean all the area around the hoses. Connection hydraulic line to another on excavator and make the hydraulic oil flow around inside the excavator system to filter the dust inside the excavator hydraulic oil. Repeat this process for 2 to 3 times.
3. Release some hydraulic oil on the empty bucket to check if it is clean; Check all the bolts on the breakers to inspect if there is a loosing and fastern well.
4. Charge the N2 gas at back head with range 14 ~ 17; connect the pipes lines from excavator to hydraulic breaker.
5. Agasint Chisel tool on the rock or ground or where you want to breaker. Every 10 seconds change the break point and inspect the working condition of breakers.
6. If no problem, keep operating under the insturction of 《 YTCT Hydraulic Breaker User Manual 》
