Installation Guide For Easy Steps Mounting YTCT Hydraulic Shear: :
1. Place the shear on level ground and remove all packaging.
2. Detach the existing bucket from the excavator. Clean the stick pin bore holes thoroughly – remove all dirt and debris.
3. Install the shear onto the excavator stick or skid steer loaders. Rock the machine to check for any play or looseness, then torque all locking fasteners to specification.
4. Run high-pressure hoses along the stick with sufficient slack for boom/stick movement. For rotating models, connect the pilot line to the rotation motor.
5. Grease All Pivot Points. Apply high-temperature grease to the slew bearing, all pins, and bushings.
6. Cycle the jaw open/close and 360° indexed rotation. Check for unusual noise, leaks, or binding. Once smooth operation is confirmed, the shear is ready for work.
