FHB series excavator breakers have so good performance that it is less cost-effective on normal worksite, like construction and demolition or general civil works.
The Brief Operation Guide
The brief operation guide covers the essential steps for safely and effectively operating an YTCT FHB hydraulic breaker:
  • Verify Compatibility: Adjust excavator's hydraulic flow (L/min), and pressure (bar/psi) match the breaker's specifications via excavator operation pad.
  • Secure Mounting: Install the correct mounting bracket, secure all retaining pins, and torque bolts to the manufacturer's specifications .
  • Connect Hydraulics: Attach high-pressure hoses to the correct auxiliary ports. Ensure connections are tight and routed away from pinch points .
  • Warm-Up Hydraulics: Run the excavator to warm the hydraulic oil to operating temperature. With the breaker off the ground, cycle it at low flow for several minutes to circulate oil and purge air from the system.

    Every 1-2 Hours: Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to the tool shank (unless equipped with an auto-greaser). This lubricates the bushings and prevents seizing.
