YTCT Excavator Post Pounder Attachment Operation Manual:
Step 1: Excavator Positioning & Attachment Mounting Postion the excavator and mount the post driver attachment.
Step 2: Create a Pilot Hole (Optional) For hard or compacted ground, use a standard breaker chisel tool to mark and create a pilot hole.
Step 3: Select and Install the Right Cup Chisel Remove the breaker chisel and install the appropriate cup chisel tool. For optimal stability and performance, choose a cup diameter that matches your post size.
Step 4: Drive the Post & Monitor Depth Align the cup chisel over the wooden post and begin the pounding process.
Tech Tip: Operators can use a pre-marked steel pipe or gauge line next to the post to measure the exact depth as it goes into the ground. This visual guide ensures consistent depth control and tells the operator exactly when to stop.
