YTCT Multi-Function Double Cylinder Shear (aka. Multisystem shear) are design for 6-12 ton exavator with design of 360° rotary and two different jaw system : full-blade jaw and half-blade jaw.
Full-blade jaw built for cutting all kinds of steel on the ground and steel structure. When change half-blade jaw on the shear, which have the ability to handle concrete demolition.
Driven by dual cylinders, it works stably for building dismantling, scrap recycling and vehicle breaking under tough working conditions.
Half-Blade Jaw: Demolition all concrete structures, such as factory, buildings, bridge, viaduct and other concrete made object.
Full-Blade Jaw: Cutting the metal and do the recycle related disassembly works. Dismantling scrap vehicles / shear structure / recycling scrap rebar and etc.
Steps for mounting and switch the jaws of YTCT Hydraulic Rotating Multi-Purpose Shear: :
1. Set right range of oil flow and oil pressure. Remove the original attachment.
2. Excavator needs equipped with 5 hydraulic pipes. 2 for cylinders control open and close jaw, 2 for rotating function. 1 for drain returns the hydraulic oil to excavator hydraulic oil tank when the pressure in motor is high.
3. For switching jaws: make the multi-function shear faly flat on a flat surface. Disassembly the center joint pin and two pins for the jaw. After changing new jaw, assembly the pins back.
4. Set control functions in the cab. Test shearing and rotation without load and check for oil leakage. Perform light load test before official operation.
