YTCT MB Series Multifunctional Box Breaker
MB Series YTCT breaker features an interchangeable adapter, allowing the operator to easily switch adapters by loosening or tightening the bolts. This design enables the hydraulic breaker to work from either the top or the side, adapting to different job site conditions. It can also be used as a post driver by attaching the post driver chisel tool and connecting your machine with the side adapter.

Here Are Specific Applications of YTCT MB Series Muti-function Hydraulic Breaker Silent Type:
Work as Post Driver: light-duty model are fitable for skid steer loader and compact or mini excavator mount, to work on wooden fence, concrete fence, solar post, etc.
Work as Hydraulic Breaker: light-duty model can handle civil work, road construction; Middle-duty hammer can apply for big building foundation; Heavy-duty model can deal with mining, rock breaking on mountation etc.
YTCT MB Series Adaptor Switch Function Operation Guide:
1. Place the hydraulic breaker on the ground and check that it is safe. Then remove the pins from the excavator.
2. Loosen the bolts on the adapter located at the top of the bracket.
3. Remove the steel plate from the side connection point. Secure the adapter to the side mount position using bolts. Attach the plate to the top of the bracket with bolts.
4. Depending on the working conditions, either change the chisel tool to the post driver cup or leave it unchanged.
5. Apply grease to the hydraulic breaker before operation.
FAQs
Can I run the breaker without contacting material?
No. Running a breaker with the tool must pressed against material causes, if not will cause: Piston overstroke and damage; Flange or front head cracking; Internal seal failure; Tool retainer damage. Always apply firm pressure to the material before activating the breaker.
What happens if my excavator flow is too high or too low?
Flow too high: Breaker cycles too fast, causing insufficient blow energy, overheating, and internal damage. Flow too low: Breaker cycles too slow or fails to fire, reducing productivity.
