YTCT SPD Series Post Driver For Skid Steer Loaders
YTCT skid steer loader pounder driver unlike manual or standalone drivers, it leverages the skid steer's hydraulic system and hdyraulic breaker working principle to deliver powerful, fast repetitive blows, driving posts in seconds — even in tough or rocky soil.
1. Preparation: A clean connection is essential for a secure fit. Ensure the area is clear of people and debris.
2. Align & Connect: Raise both latch handles on your coupler to the "unlatched" position. Tilt the coupler plate forward, drive forward to slide it under the driver's mounting brackets, then roll it back (retract tilt cylinders) to seat the attachment
3. Secure the Lock: Lower the loader arms completely to the ground and stop the engine. Push the two latch handles down to the "latched" position to lock the pins in place.
4. Connect Hydraulics Pipes: First, relieve pressure in your machine's hydraulic system. Wipe the couplers clean, then connect the pressure and return hoses. The pressure line is often marked or connected to a specific port (e.g., a check valve)
5. Final Checks: Perform a visual inspection of all connections and test the driver's ram function at low RPMs before starting work

Remove the chisel tool and inspect the hammer tool bushing (outter bush) and inner bush every 50 operation hours or once per week.
How to maintaince the post chisel tool?
Remove the post chisl tool (cup chisel) and use hand grinder tool to polish the pin slot area to get rid of burs or raised material.
