The Brief Operation Guide
The brief operation guide covers the essential steps for safely and effectively operating an YTCT FHB hydraulic breaker:
Verify Compatibility: Adjust excavator's hydraulic flow (L/min), and pressure (bar/psi) match the breaker's specifications via excavator operation pad.
Secure Mounting: Install the correct mounting bracket, secure all retaining pins, and torque bolts to the manufacturer's specifications .
Connect Hydraulics: Attach high-pressure hoses to the correct auxiliary ports. Ensure connections are tight and routed away from pinch points .
Warm-Up Hydraulics: Run the excavator to warm the hydraulic oil to operating temperature. With the breaker off the ground, cycle it at low flow for several minutes to circulate oil and purge air from the system.

What Not Do while operating the excavator breakers?
Do not use the breaker as a pry bar or lever . Do not operate underwater unless the breaker is specially pressurized for it . Do not idle the breaker against the material for long periods
How often to grease the YTCT FHB Breakers ?
Every 1-2 Hours: Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to the tool shank (unless equipped with an auto-greaser). This lubricates the bushings and prevents seizing.
